What you will do

• Manage general ledger integrity, closing, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and post intermediate to complex manual journal entries in the ERP system.
• Perform regular clearing of GL accounts and high-risk periodic account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports for statutory reporting and management decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement to provide accounting support on complex concepts.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 3–4 years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, BPO, or offshore migration setup.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule.
