Management Accountant (Accounting)

Management Accountant (Accounting): Supporting financial operations across multiple projects and business units with an accent on financial reporting, cost tracking, and commercial insight. Focus on preparing P&L and balance sheets, optimizing financial systems, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Location: WFH / Hybrid (Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines). Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM QLD Time (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time).

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Support project cost tracking, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow management.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights and improve performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial systems and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control, and commercial analysis.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards it (preferred).
• Experience in construction, civil, or mining environments is highly regarded.
