What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of domestic and international audit engagements.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to evaluate operational and financial compliance.
• Analyze process and system flows, business objectives, and risks to determine appropriate control activities.
• Maintain detailed work paper documentation and compile data for comprehensive audit reports.
• Research and apply applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to resolve audit issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional auditing experience.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and standard industry audit methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple resources and projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of relevant professional auditing experience.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPE, CFE, or CISA.
• Experience in recognized process improvement disciplines like Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO.
