What you will do

  • Set up, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
  • Implement creative assets, tracking tags, and targeting parameters accurately.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks and troubleshoot trafficking issues to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and resolve performance, tracking, or delivery discrepancies.
  • Compile reports, pull data from various platforms, and identify key insights.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in-office in Superior, CO.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to spot patterns and small details.
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas and data organization).
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of researching and testing solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing concepts or analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms.
  • Basic coding knowledge (SQL, Python, JavaScript).
