What you will do

  • Own Scope 3 GHG accounting and alignment with Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) accounting.
  • Manage climate reporting under ESRS / CSRD and ensure alignment with CDP and EcoVadis.
  • Design and operationalize the climate transition plan in accordance with SBTi, including target setting and KPI frameworks.
  • Steer emission reduction initiatives and lead SBTi engagement and validation processes.
  • Execute Climate Risk & Opportunity Assessments and own the annual CDP submission.
  • Act as a senior interface for global functions, customers, and consultants regarding climate requests.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, Diploma, or MBA in Sustainability Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sustainability or Climate Management, preferably in semiconductors or automotive.
  • Hands-on expertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, SBTi, and CDP.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; German is considered an advantage.
