What you will do

• Check the sales order shipment schedule daily for required parts.
• Review work orders on the shop floor manager to support the demand with consideration of ship dates, and other line items on the Sales Order.
• Verify parts for Sales Orders before final inspection.
• Perform Final Inspection for assembled and calibrated work orders.
• Maintain FT Kanban inventory to support Sales Orders.
• Work closely with Inside Sales and Planning departments to acknowledge attainable deliveries to customers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and personal time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Previous Quality and Planning experience a plus.
• 2 years of experience with F/T products preferred.
• 2 years of ERP systems experience.
