A leading global music distribution company and subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment, partnering with independent labels to manage digital and physical content distribution.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical operations contact in APAC for internal teams and external digital service providers.
• Utilize internal systems to ensure timely and accurate content delivery to global retailers.
• Liaise between DSPs and internal teams to document requirements and develop best practices for the Korean market.
• Monitor and resolve support queues in Zendesk within established SLAs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
• Test and document retail partner platform behaviors to inform product development requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written).
• Experience managing support requests in Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with XML and experience with CMS and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Technical proficiency with SFTP, S3 clients, Command Prompt, Looker, and SQL.
• Understanding of audio/video encoding formats and DSP style guides.

• Knowledge of DDEX standards.
