UX Designer II (Healthcare)

Salary: $90,600 - $121,400 a year

What you will do

• Design and maintain interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct human-centered research, including usability testing and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams within an agile development process.
• Develop research plans to validate design directions and reduce ambiguity in complex problems.
• Utilize HCI best practices and perform heuristic evaluations to ensure high usability.
• Translate ideas into actionable, testable solutions across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only (no sponsorship available).
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to meet requirements for a Public Trust position, including a US Government background investigation.
• Experience with the full product development lifecycle, from research through design inception and implementation.
• Proficiency in creating UX design documents, detailed specifications, and prototypes.
