- Define and deliver best-in-class brand experiences across a portfolio of clients and teams.
- Own creative output and manage high-level client partnerships.
- Set the creative vision and guide design strategy while driving execution.
- Build and lead strong creative teams, ensuring clarity and momentum.
- Translate strategic ideas into real business outcomes and high-impact experiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in Portland, OR for hybrid work.
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Extensive experience in senior creative leadership.
- Proven ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from vision setting to detailed execution.
