Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct user research and workflow analysis to understand user goals and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user interactions.
• Ensure all designs comply with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product owners to implement feasible front-end solutions.
• Maintain design consistency across web applications using standardized patterns.
• Validate implemented features through design reviews and usability walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience designing interfaces for enterprise or government applications.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
• Expertise in Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to work on-site in Greenbelt, Maryland at least 3 days per week.
