Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring design, copy, and UX align with strategic insights.
  • Direct the writing and design of interactive, motion, and print projects across multi-media channels.
  • Manage and mentor teams of copywriters, art directors, and strategists to reach their full potential.
  • Master clinical data and competitive landscapes to deliver breakthrough creative work for brands.
  • Manage delegation and workflow across multiple projects and brands efficiently and profitably.
  • Strengthen client relationships and coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience writing specifically for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior creative staff.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
  • Digital portfolio demonstrating a wide range of interactive work across various platforms.
