What you will do

• Lead conceptual development for brand campaigns, platform-defining content, and hero creative moments across all channels.
• Drive platform thinking by developing creative strategies and executions specifically built for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Concept, write, and script content for video, OOH, digital, experiential, and emerging platforms.
• Manage and mentor junior creatives, providing direction and feedback to elevate team output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Clinical, and Production teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all member touchpoints.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in creative roles at an agency, in-house brand team, or content studio.
• Proven expertise in developing campaigns and content specifically built for social platforms.
• Strong conceptual foundation with the ability to script narratives and extend ideas across multiple formats.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring creative talent.
• Fluency in both copywriting and art direction.
• Must be based in the United States.
