TL;DR

Account Supervisor (Pharma Agency): Managing medical device brands and client relationships with an accent on strategic counsel, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, or Toronto).

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage two medical device brands, building and sustaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and demonstrate fluency in agency capabilities.
  • Communicate brand objectives to the agency team and interpret medical/regulatory/legal feedback.
  • Oversee the development of congress materials, email campaigns, social media, and digital projects.
  • Document scope requests, author project briefs, and write Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Partner with leadership to monitor revenue, profit, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a pharma agency environment.
  • Proven background in digital tactics and pharmaceutical marketing (HCP/DTC).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and project teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing pharma brand launches in rare disease.
