What you will do
- Respond to and resolve a wide range of service requests and incidents from end-users.
- Diagnose technical issues across hardware, software, and applications.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Communicate technical resolutions clearly to users and internal teams.
- Escalate complex issues according to established procedures.
- Meet performance targets for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows desktop environments.
- Experience with incident management systems like ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
