What you will do

• Review monthly P&L and valuation for the BDC platform.
• Perform monthly price verification for equity, bonds, loans, and credit derivatives.
• Execute quarterly valuation processes using financial statement and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Oversee BDC 10-Q and 10-K financial statement preparation and external audit processes.
• Maintain SOX 404 framework documentation and evidence.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, traders, operations, and legal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in public or private sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
