Salary: $55,800 - $88,100 a year

What you will do

• Lead post-sale consulting engagements to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of utility products.
• Configure software based on client workflows to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges, document findings, and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsive support and clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation, utility billing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states for employment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
• Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry and utility regulations.
