What you will do

• Lead strategic primary research, designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research aligned to key business questions.
• Translate research into clear, actionable strategic implications, identifying unmet needs and behavioral drivers.
• Lead quantitative design and interpretation, translating data outputs into commercially meaningful insights.
• Apply research to inform patient, caregiver, and provider journeys, translating findings into personas and experience opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, leading workstreams and facilitating discussions to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research is integrated into broader strategic and commercial programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in primary market research and strategic consulting within healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated ability to connect research to strategic decision-making.
• Strong experience in segmentation, message testing, survey design, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience working across patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting early asset strategy, launch planning, or lifecycle optimization.
• Exposure to rare disease or specialty therapy areas.
• Familiarity with digital insight platforms or living insight repositories.
• Experience contributing to business development and proposal development.
