TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing plans to drive awareness and acquisition via retail and distribution channels in France and Southern Europe.
  • Localize global marketing initiatives and assets to align with regional cultural nuances and retail partner needs.
  • Brief and deploy point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, and digital activations across social, CRM, and online platforms.
  • Create and manage training initiatives for retail associates to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI using data to optimize future trade marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute retail events, including partner activations and experiential pop-ups.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (essential).
  • Applicant must reside in the UK.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade or retail marketing, preferably in healthtech, consumer electronics, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven experience managing third-party retail partner relationships in France and Southern Europe.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Europe and to the USA.
  • Strong ability to execute high-quality omnichannel campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
