Salary: $188,000 - $216,000

What you will do
- Lead annual and long-range planning, including capacity modeling, quota design, and territory architecture.
- Architect and execute the Revenue operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic deal reviews.
- Own the end-to-end variable compensation strategy, design, and administration to ensure competitive and aligned incentive structures.
- Serve as the AI orchestration layer for Revenue Operations, deploying AI agents and automation to compound team productivity.
- Lead and develop a team of Field Operations partners embedded with segment leaders to drive analytics and AI-powered workflows.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to model compensation scenarios and evolve plans based on market changes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in GTM planning, quota design, and variable compensation program administration.
- Strong analytics fluency with proficiency in Looker or equivalent BI tools and advanced SQL skills.
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in a GTM context.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology, mental health, or mission-driven SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent design, prompt engineering, or tools like Claude API.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration and incentive compensation management platforms like Xactly or CaptivateIQ.
- Background in management consulting, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
