TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $188,000 - $216,000

What you will do

  • Lead annual and long-range planning, including capacity modeling, quota design, and territory architecture.
  • Architect and execute the Revenue operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic deal reviews.
  • Own the end-to-end variable compensation strategy, design, and administration to ensure competitive and aligned incentive structures.
  • Serve as the AI orchestration layer for Revenue Operations, deploying AI agents and automation to compound team productivity.
  • Lead and develop a team of Field Operations partners embedded with segment leaders to drive analytics and AI-powered workflows.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to model compensation scenarios and evolve plans based on market changes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in GTM planning, quota design, and variable compensation program administration.
  • Strong analytics fluency with proficiency in Looker or equivalent BI tools and advanced SQL skills.
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in a GTM context.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare technology, mental health, or mission-driven SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent design, prompt engineering, or tools like Claude API.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration and incentive compensation management platforms like Xactly or CaptivateIQ.
  • Background in management consulting, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
