What you will do

• Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor components.
• Ensure the deployment of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions at OSATs.
• Collaborate with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop software and hardware solutions for new products.
• Travel to overseas OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining, and efficiency improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
• Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETS88 and ASL1000 test development.
• Prior internship experience in a similar role.
