What you will do

• Design and implement complete hardware and software test solutions for ICT/FCT/ISP in series production.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for various test systems including Teradyne, Konrad, and Vitrek.
• Develop internal test automation tools and backend data management systems using Python and Django.
• Manage and oversee EMS test operations, including the installation and buy-off of new testers.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation, including DFT reports, test specifications, and MSA reporting.
• Coordinate with the global Test Engineering team to align on software and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in PCBA test development and production support.
• BSc or MSc degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in power electronics, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Proficiency in programming test sequences in LabView and TestStand, plus Python, C, C++, and C#.
• Advanced skills in ICT and FCT programming on platforms like Teradyne or Keysight.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• NI certification (CLD/CLA/CTD/CTA).
• Experience with Takaya/SPEA Flying Probe.
• Familiarity with Partial Discharge Testing and Transformer Safety Testing.
