What you will do

• Lead the Tissue Machine Service Operation team across China and APAC, guiding performance and capability development.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from contract signing to warranty closure, coordinating between customers, suppliers, and global units.
• Act as the primary customer contact for service quality claims and relationship management.
• Oversee cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency to minimize risks.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvements and optimize service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in tissue paper machinery or large tissue mill environments.
• Proven leadership or management experience with the ability to motivate teams.
• Fluent communication in both Chinese and English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently within a global matrix environment.
