What you will do

• Improve and maintain Auto T/F machine performance to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Enhance overall equipment efficiency to increase productivity.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities for related equipment.
• Lead spare part localization and second-source initiatives to achieve cost saving targets.
• Provide technical training to operators and technicians to develop competence.
• Establish SOP/WI for equipment maintenance and setup guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
• More than 4 years of experience as an Auto T/F machine Engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing site.
• Familiarity with T/F equipment from ASM, GMM, or BESI.
• Strong competence in data analysis and problem-solving using 8D, FMEA, and SPC tools.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
