Metal Process Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and improve metal and wet processes to meet SPC CPK targets above 1.33.
• Manage daily disposition of nonconforming lots to ensure on-time delivery and yield targets.
• Execute DOEs and failure analysis on lots or wafers to drive yield improvement.
• Collaborate with related departments to provide data for yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process SOPs and provide training to operators for stable, high-quality production.

Requirements

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in wafer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of metal and wet processes.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (writing skills).
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC techniques, and YMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
