What you will do

• Plan and direct the growth and support of Test Infrastructure Automation Services for GCP.
• Drive feature delivery by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, and product owners.
• Empower the delivery team through technical guidance, mentoring, and career development.
• Participate in architecture discussions and advocate for technical excellence and code quality.
• Manage the hiring process to recruit and integrate highly qualified engineering talent.
• Perform hands-on development tasks, including coding and feature verification, to ensure release commitments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in a people leadership role managing software engineering teams.
• Expertise in Kubernetes ecosystem, Service Mesh architecture, and Networking fundamentals.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Release Management and CI/CD tools like Spinnaker and GitLab.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, specifically Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California.
