What you will do

• Coordinate project stability, status reporting, and the implementation of PM processes and methodologies.
• Review project proposals to define timelines, budget limits, technical scope, and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, assign staff, and coordinate each phase of work.
• Manage budgets and track expenses while accounting for dependencies and critical path activities.
• Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to align expectations and clarify requirements.
• Lead project execution, solve complex problems, and translate business needs into system designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with an IT focus.
• 7-10 years of directly related experience in IT project management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, and change management.
• Extensive knowledge of the software development process, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
• Technical proficiency in hardware and systems software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to persuade and gain understanding at all management levels.
