What you will do

• Manage import/export logistics, including SAP B1 bookings and customs clearance support.
• Coordinate project delivery and resource allocation between manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers.
• Execute Life Cycle Service (LCS) operations, including quotation preparation and invoicing for customers and partners.
• Lead inside sales functions by processing HubSpot leads and monitoring opportunity progression in Salesforce.
• Initiate and develop sales campaigns in collaboration with the Marcom team.
• Provide general office administration support for the Seoul branch.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in order handling, invoicing, or customer service within an international B2B environment.
• Fluent in English and Korean (both speaking and writing).
• Working knowledge of SAP modules and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong expertise in shipping and logistics management.
• Diploma degree or equivalent education.
