What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital platform initiatives, including planning, execution, and optimization.
• Develop integrated schedules, milestones, and budgets while managing dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, IT, UI/UX, Privacy, and Security.
• Drive program governance and executive reporting to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
• Oversee software development and design requirements for cloud-based and internet-related tools.
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule within cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Experience leading the delivery of mobile and web applications and enterprise digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
• Ability to operate within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating digital products with complex enterprise IT systems and SaaS solutions.
• Experience building or scaling customer-facing digital ecosystems and connected platform experiences.
