Salary: $310,000 — $426,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a large organization of engineering managers and distributed teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to build next-generation Identity products for the AI era.
• Ensure operational excellence and maintain high security, performance, and availability SLAs.
• Develop infrastructure for autonomous AI agents featuring machine-readable identity and natural-language policy enforcement.
• Partner with Program Management to drive roadmap planning and optimize team structure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading SaaS product engineering teams.
• 12+ years of full-stack software development experience with hands-on coding background.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure on AWS and/or MS Azure.
• Deep expertise in securing cloud infrastructure, including key-based authentication and role-based authorization.
• Proven track record of building high-performance teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
