What you will do

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues to maintain system functionality.
• Support system modifications, implementation, and testing for clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and align technical solutions with objectives.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective system utilization.
• Coordinate project tasks, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Manage user security settings and assist with data import/export and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR 2 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to various WVUHS facilities as needed.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, or DICOM is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment in Morgantown, WV.
