IT Operations/Support Lead

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops and workstations, including procurement, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Administer identity providers and SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) using RBAC for least-privilege access.
• Define and enforce IT security policies and manage endpoint security tooling (EDR/AV, disk encryption).
• Coordinate vulnerability management and support compliance initiatives like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Oversee the SaaS application inventory, license assignments, and partner with finance on vendor budgeting.
• Establish IT support processes, SLAs, and maintain runbooks and user documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration or systems engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or manager capacity.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency in enterprise identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Okta Certified Professional.
