Location: Paris-based — You'll work from the Valmy office 3+ days per week

What you will do

• Manage device security, SaaS platforms, and identity & access management using Google Workspace and SSO.
• Handle IT oncall rotation and resolve helpdesk issues autonomously.
• Own and optimize end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Implement device compliance improvements using MDM (Kandji), EDR, and FileVault across multiple countries.
• Develop automation and self-service tools to measurably reduce IT operational toil.
• Lead low to medium complexity IT projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT operations experience in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in MDM (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and troubleshooting macOS at scale.
• Experience with SaaS administration and identity management.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong documentation mindset and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Kandji.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Basic scripting ability in Python or Bash.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech company environment.
