What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide helpdesk support for employees company-wide.
• Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle the complete device lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning) using MDM platforms.
• Administer the SaaS tool stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement automation and reduce manual workflows.
• Maintain IT security practices, endpoint protection, and compliance (COPPA, kidSAFE).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Must be based in Madrid to be available to visit the HQ as required.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with MDM solutions such as Kandji, Jamf, Fleet, or JumpCloud.
• Strong Google Workspace administration and IAM/SSO knowledge.
• Fluent English (C1) for asynchronous and long-form communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech startups or scale-up environments.
• Linux server administration and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience integrating IT workflows with collaboration platforms like Slack or Notion.
