IT Support Analyst

TL;DR

IT Support Analyst (IT Infrastructure): Ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and facilities with an accent on technical support, asset management, and system reliability. Focus on triaging IT tickets, managing endpoint tools (MDM, RMM, UEM), and implementing AI-driven process optimization.

Location: Hybrid in Medellin (required to be at the office minimum 3-4 times per week)

What you will do

• Triage IT tickets and provide first and second line technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Manage IT asset tracking, procurement, deployment, and retirement processes.
• Perform software updates, patches, and backups to maintain infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and technology upgrades.
• Contribute to the company-wide AI implementation strategy to optimize internal processes and automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT end-user support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Linux Ubuntu, and MacOS.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Adobe, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience with Patch management, RMM, UEM, and MDM tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SmartSheet for reporting and data tracking.
