What you will do

• Manage device security, SaaS platforms, and identity & access (SSO, Google Workspace).
• Handle IT oncall rotation and resolve typical operations issues autonomously.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows end-to-end.
• Contribute to build projects, including MDM improvements and compliance documentation.
• Ship automation or self-service projects to measurably reduce IT toil.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT operations experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune).
• Fluency in macOS and the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP).
• Ability to triage issues and communicate effectively during incidents.
• Strong documentation mindset and fast learning velocity.
• Fluent French and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji specifically.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech company.
