What you will do

  • Manage and improve target-setting and quota allocation processes using data-driven methodologies.
  • Oversee bonus calculation processes, quota tracking, and coordination with HR and Payroll.
  • Monitor pipeline hygiene, conversion dynamics, and sales process adherence.
  • Track salesforce efficiency and profitability by developing ROI and productivity models.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using HubSpot and BI tools.
  • Provide ad-hoc business analysis and strategic recommendations to Regional Directors and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in a European time zone
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in commercial performance management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Ability to transform complex sales data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or commercial strategy roles.
