What you will do
- Manage and improve target-setting and quota allocation processes using data-driven methodologies.
- Oversee bonus calculation processes, quota tracking, and coordination with HR and Payroll.
- Monitor pipeline hygiene, conversion dynamics, and sales process adherence.
- Track salesforce efficiency and profitability by developing ROI and productivity models.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using HubSpot and BI tools.
- Provide ad-hoc business analysis and strategic recommendations to Regional Directors and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in a European time zone
- Strong analytical skills with experience in commercial performance management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and performance reporting.
- Ability to transform complex sales data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven experience in sales operations or commercial strategy roles.
