What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and scale full-stack applications integrating UI, business logic, and ML inference.
• Design modular and extensible system architectures to support rapid iteration without technical debt.
• Lead technical governance through code reviews and serve as the escalation point for security and infrastructure decisions.
• Identify scalability bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.
• Translate experimental ML research into production-ready features.
• Build infrastructure compliant with government audit requirements such as HIPAA and FedRAMP.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of software development experience with a track record of shipping full-stack products from 0 to 1.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and backend systems (Python, Rust, or Go), including API design.
• 5+ years of experience building and operating production ML systems with a focus on deployment and inference.
• Deep experience with cloud architecture and identity management (e.g., Entra ID, Auth0, Okta) in regulated environments.
• Strong data engineering skills across SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to support work on government contracts.
