What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on organizational strategy, executive team effectiveness, and company structure.
• Define how AI impacts roles, workflows, talent strategy, and GTM team design.
• Lead and evolve the HRBP function into a deeply embedded strategic partner across the business.
• Manage organizational design initiatives to support growth, scaling, and operational effectiveness.
• Audit and evolve the total rewards philosophy, including compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Build leadership development and manager effectiveness programs that scale with the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of People leadership experience in venture-backed or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record in organizational design and connecting team structure to business outcomes.
• Deep HRBP experience supporting executive leaders and go-to-market (GTM) organizations.
• Expertise in designing and evolving compensation and total rewards frameworks.
• Experience working within distributed and global organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI-native or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting commercial model or GTM transformation.
• History of working closely with CEOs and Boards on organizational strategy.
• Existing network within enterprise SaaS, AI, or revenue technology ecosystems.
