What you will do

• Architect the growth stack including experimentation platforms, analytics pipelines, and feature flags.
• Develop monetization surfaces such as tiered pricing, usage metering, and subscription logic.
• Set technical direction for growth bets and decide between building or iterating on features.
• Mentor other engineers on experimentation frameworks and product-driven development.
• Analyze data to identify 10x growth opportunities and remove system bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production-grade fullstack web applications.
• Proven track record of moving business metrics like revenue, activation, and retention at scale.
• Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to make build-vs-buy decisions independently.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, statistical analysis, and building fast-moving frameworks.
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with 0→1 monetization implementation.
• Background in scaling growth from early-stage through Series B+.
• Experience building experimentation platforms from scratch.
