Salary: $175,000–$210,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Own product-led growth end-to-end, from research and ideation to shipping and measuring results.
• Develop self-serve product experiences that simplify patient referrals for pediatricians and their staff.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations, including EMR/EHR connections and partner-facing analytics.
• Implement workflow automation to reduce administrative burdens for referring providers.
• Establish clinical collaboration infrastructure to ensure seamless two-way data flow.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on growth strategies and product features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping product end-to-end.
• Strong engineering background with the ability to own product decisions and write specifications.
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage a roadmap from start to finish.
• Experience designing experiments and a bias toward shipping and learning.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience, specifically with provider workflow tools or EMR/EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7).
• Experience with e-fax, clinical messaging, or prior authorization systems.
• AWS or GCP infrastructure experience.
