What you will do

• Own worker activation from app download to first shift.
• Develop the onboarding workflow for new workers.
• Manage documentation requirements for facilities.
• Build supporting infrastructure to parse, extract, and validate information from worker documents.
• Work across the full stack, including mobile application changes.

Requirements

• Customer-centric and product-focused.
• Comfortable diving deep into credential validation, compliance logic, and document processing systems.
• Experience with TypeScript stack: React on the frontend with Ionic on mobile; Node/NestJS backend powered by MongoDB and Postgres.
