What you will do

• Setup, maintain, and support AMS design environments for CMOS FinFET and BiCMOS projects.
• Collaborate with analog design teams and EDA vendors to resolve design flow issues.
• Evaluate and benchmark RC extraction and EMIR analysis tools.
• Define, develop, and validate custom circuit checks and model QA flows.
• Create automation scripts to improve efficiency for design and verification teams.
• Partner with foundry technology teams on device and circuit modeling topics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal simulation flows for advanced FinFET processes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as ADE, AMS Designer, Spectre, FineSim, and AFS.
• Strong programming skills in TCL, Python, Perl, and SKILL.
• Experience with Virtuoso Schematic Editor, PDK, CDF, and netlisting.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
