What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program and project management activities from initiation through delivery.
• Implement a centralized supply chain planning system to replace manual and Excel-based processes.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and finance to ensure alignment.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and project blockers.
• Define and document functional specifications, requirements, and project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain operations, planning, or related domains.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems such as ERP or supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience leading or supporting SAP IBP implementations.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or system modernization initiatives.
• Background in capital expenditure (CapEx) planning or process optimization.
• Familiarity with data integration, reporting tools, and supply chain analytics.
