What you will do

• Lead large-scale or multiple mid-sized supply chain projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and timelines while monitoring progress.
• Drive execution across procurement, transportation, distribution, and technology teams.
• Facilitate decision-making in ambiguous situations by balancing data, risks, and priorities.
• Present project updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on milestones and financial impacts.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to the enterprise Project Management Community of Practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, time, cost, and risk management.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring other project managers.
• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Proficiency with supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP.
