What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Deliverability & Connectivity trust layer.
• Develop messaging infrastructure across mailboxes, ESPs, and CRMs to ensure reliable GTM execution.
• Prototype quickly using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable to validate ideas before scaling.
• Simplify complex technical configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, OAuth) into seamless customer experiences.
• Define KPI trees and learning loops to prioritize, measure, and iterate on platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on architecture, observability, and API data models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex product areas from strategy to launch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• AI-native builder proficient in using tools like Cursor or Claude Code for rapid prototyping and execution.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, reliability, APIs, and data models.
• Proven ability to lead principal-level ownership with high company-level visibility.
• Strong systems thinking across mailboxes, domains, ESPs, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in email deliverability, ESPs, or messaging infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reputation systems.
• Experience building integrations with CRMs, MAPs, or data platforms.
• Background building tools for sales, marketing, or RevOps operators.
