VP, AI-Native Ops & Automation, R&D (AI): Transforming the operating system for how Product, Engineering, and AI Research build and ship products with an accent on embedding AI into software development workflows and operational instrumentation. Focus on redesigning the product development lifecycle, building AI-augmented engineering intelligence, and scaling a high-velocity R&D organization.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

What you will do
- Analyze and redesign the full product development lifecycle across planning, prioritization, development, and release management.
- Define and scale AI-native operating models to improve development velocity, quality, and execution consistency.
- Build AI-augmented engineering and product intelligence by applying AI to telemetry, CI/CD systems, and product usage data.
- Execute a multi-quarter roadmap for R&D operational transformation and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows.
- Establish KPI frameworks for cycle time, deployment frequency, and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Leadership, or enterprise transformation.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC, developer tooling ecosystems, platform engineering, and AI/ML-enabled workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and proven success leading large-scale engineering or product transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-scale SaaS, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with autonomous workflows and engineering intelligence systems.
- Experience scaling globally distributed engineering organizations.
