What you will do

• Lead and coordinate assigned clinical projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments and SOPs.
• Manage project-specific services including central lab exams, drug shipments, and study data documentation.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and monitor the performance of the project team.
• Coordinate activities between Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Monitors, and Biometrics teams.
• Maintain relationships with Sponsors, providing regular updates on project status and issues.
• Assist in preparing protocols, Case Report Forms, and final Clinical Study Reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific, medical, or paramedical disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience in Project Management.
• Mandatory prior CRO experience and experience managing hematology/oncology studies.
• Excellent knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and clinical trial operations.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
