What you will do

• Provide oversight of study management and overall project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks across a portfolio of oncology studies.
• Lead escalation management to resolve internal and external study challenges effectively.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project management staff to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Assess feasibility and resourcing for global projects while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Drive therapeutic area initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization.
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process, GCP/ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Proven experience managing or leading clinical development projects for investigational medications.
• Demonstrated experience with oncology studies.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
