Location: Remote position requiring candidates to live within approximately 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. Ineligible for immigration sponsorship.
Salary: $48,350–$72,450

What you will do
- Analyze customer products and processes, mapping them to software and overseeing system setup.
- Provide software support by answering questions on functionality, features, and best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout cases and projects.
- Identify, track, and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
- Coordinate resources from other teams as primary client-facing contact.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and exceptional customer service in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and on-call rotation as needed.
- Experience in consumer, commercial, or real estate lending highly desired.
Nice to have
- Experience with ACH, general ledger, ATM/debit/credit card, or deposit operations.
- Familiarity with ’s Symitar platform.
