TL;DR

Technical Customer Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing technical support for financial management solutions, diagnosing issues within customer environments with an accent on Microsoft SQL, network architecture, and virtual machine configuration. Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. May require travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year in most US locations.

What you will do

  • Monitor and respond to ticketing queues, escalations, and emails in a timely manner.
  • Escalate support requests from internal and external channels and provide clear constructive feedback to customers.
  • Prioritize competing deliverables and activities, representing the voice of the customer within Bold Group.
  • Contribute regularly to internal and external knowledgebase articles.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and develop new solutions for customer problems.
  • Track and manage tickets to ensure timely communication and resolutions.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience with customer-facing technical support (application, OS, or Networking).
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning tools, problem determination and recovery, and security.
  • Customer advocacy, empathy, and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with PSIM or Alarm Monitoring Centers.
  • Ability to be On Call in a 24 x 7 environment.
